Ingredients
- Chipotle dry-rubbed chicken
- Bacon
- Spicy BBQ sauce
- Mozzarella
- Red onion
- Cilantro
Preparation
- Par-grill chicken breasts in the oven. Set aside to cool, then cut into small pieces
